Wow! I have been working in the IT&T field for 20+ years. I've learned a lot. "Experience is what you get just after you needed it" is one of my favourite quotes! 1 - I help people with their work problems/challenges. 2 - I get things done and make things happen. 3 - Results count. 4 - I'm a straight talker, candidly delivering good news and bad news as required to prospects, customers and partners (colleagues, and direct reports too, see item 3 above). 5 - I am not interested in a popularity contest - see items 1, 2, 3 and 4 above, but I absolutely love to have fun at work.
